Definitions

Platform: refers to the website and mobile application made available by the company [Company Name] to allow Clients to benefit from coaching services. Client: refers to any adult natural person using the Platform to book and attend coaching sessions. Coach: refers to the independent professional offering coaching services via the Platform. Coaching Session: refers to a personalized coaching service provided by a Coach to a Client, either online or in person.

Access to the Platform

Access to the Platform is free for the Client. However, Coaching Sessions are paid according to the prices set by each Coach. The Client is informed of the Session price before booking it.

Coaches wishing to offer their services on the Platform must affiliate by subscribing to a monthly or annual subscription. The subscription amount is defined by INSPIRITE and may be modified at any time.

Booking Coaching Sessions

The Client can book Coaching Sessions directly on the Platform by selecting the Coach, date, and time of the session. The booking is confirmed after online payment by the Client.

Cancellation and Refund

The Client can cancel a Coaching Session free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the session. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours before the session, the Client will be charged 50% of the session amount. In case of the Client’s absence at the session, the total amount of the session will be charged.

Intellectual Property

The content of the Platform, including texts, images, videos, and logos, is protected by copyright and intellectual property rights. The Client agrees not to reproduce, distribute, or exploit the content of the Platform without the express authorization of INSPIRITE.

Liability

INSPIRITE acts as an intermediary between the Client and the Coach. It is not responsible for the content of Coaching Sessions and cannot be held liable for any damage or harm suffered by the Client during or after a Coaching Session.

Modification of the Terms and Conditions

INSPIRITE reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time. The modifications will be applicable to all Clients from the date of their publication on the Platform.

Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. Any dispute relating to the use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

The Client acknowledges having read and understood these Terms and Conditions and accepts them without reservation.
